4 month sleep regression

Is anyone's baby on this thing called 4 month sleep regression? Mine turns 4 month in 2 days and have just been not napping for more than 1 hr(used to nap 2-3 hrs) and wakes up more than she used to at night... I read about it and they say it's normal and will pass but it feels like we are all back to the newborn daysjust when we thought we got the hang of it! Anyone going thru the same? Thanks sweet mamas!
