how much breast milk should by baby be drinking? 9 days old

My baby came early at 35 weeks 4 days and I'm trying to breast feed .. well pump as he doesn't latch on very well it's hard to keep him in place without him taking himself off my breast and I'm not producing enough breast milk I got 40 mil out this morning and 20 mil out just now that was pumping for 40 minutes 10 minutes on each breast then switching to the other breast for 10 minutes what can I do to help produce more milk ? I'm doing both until I can produce enough breast milk so after I've pumped as much as I can get out I give him another bottle of Sma milk just to make up for the rest he is missing but then he doesn't really want the sma milk after having my breast milk.
