I'm 6 weeks today. I have been having gas discomfort since the beginning (so much so I kept thinking it was my period coming until I found out I'm pregnant). I take gas x and it helps but sometimes it's so hard to distinguish from real cramps! And obviously regular cramps makes me so nervous because I'm worried about miscarriage. I haven't had any spotting or real cramps but anytime my gas feels like that I start panicking! I don't want to stress about this when it's just gas. But today I have taken all the gas x I can and it's still so uncomfortable and bloated. Anyone else going through this or have tips?
