Well my boxer is an adult!! Well one year, and he prolly will never be an adult. Anyway, up until now I have been feeding him Royal Canin puppy chow, since it had good reviews and his vet approved. However I have been researching and found that though dogs love it, it still lacks nutrition. For the price, I kind of expected better.

I have a Lil mutt too, he is on Blue Wilderness.

It is getting pricey!!! For my older(mutt) it isn't that bad, he goes through his food in like three months. The Boxer is now going on a 30lb bag in less than a month!!! We want them in prime shape! But we also need to consider the wallet. I'm thinking on finding a better choice for the boxer, and maybe get my Lil mutt eating it too. He already sneaks bites of the other food.

I need something of good nutrition and good price. So far I have found that Taste of the Wild buffalo and venison formula to be recommended for boxers. It is cheaper too. I just need to know if someone has experience with it. I want to keep my doggies healthy and let them grow to their potential (not fat). As of now both have a nice shiny coat, they are active and seem happy..

Please help, if you have suggestions for food please let me know.
