HELP! Miscarriage, D&C, hormones
So after a missed miscarriage (found out at 10 weeks at second routine ultrasound but the baby passed at 9 weeks) I had an emergency d&c. No complications however my levels were extremely high according to my doctor.
12/05 found out about miscarriage
12/07 D&C
12/13 levels were 11,108
12/15 levels were 5,699
12/21 levels were 1,086
01/02 negative at home test
We've been having sex at least every other day since 9 days after the D&C. My doctor anticipated my period coming back this week. However I have had no physical signs that it was coming (which I normally get bloated, crampy etc). That was my first sign of pregnancy before, my lack of pms symptoms, added to extreme fatigue and moodiness (which I have). I was excited and took a test today (though I figured I'd get a false positive from my leftover hormones) but it was surprisingly negative.
Has anyone had something like this happen and ended up with a positive later?
