implantation or period?! please help.

Question

So I got my iud (mirena) out on dec 12, this past couple of weeks I've been tired and my boobs have become sore when running down stairs. This morning I had a sharp pain in my left side almost like a cramp and then went away after 5 min. Could this be implantation bleeding or just my period, my boyfriend and I have been ttc. Please please help!

My hormones were all over the place after I got mine removed. I felt like I was pregnant the whole month after but the I finally got my period 6 weeks later and it seemed that my body was starting to get back to normal. I mean it is possible you are pregnant. I've heard of many women that have gotten pregnant immediately after removal.
