What do i do ))):
so i recently noticed i've gained a little weight and i even asked my boyfriend and he said yes (keep in mind i asked him to be honest) and checked the scale and gained 5 pound ): so i went to the grocery store and bought some food for the week so i can eat better and today will be my first day of working out. Now, i have ALWAYS wanted to try the buffalo ranch chicken burger from Whataburger but i've never gotten to since it's out for a limited time. WELL ITS BACK. and i wanna try it so bad but at the same time i don't want to ruin my clean eating. what should i do?
