vagina questions lol

Ok girls I've been seeing some kind of toilet paper kind of consistancy above the hood of my clitoris, I mean it's around the outside of everything. Like not actually secreting from specific areas it's just hanging around in that section. I'm not sure how to explain it at all but it's been coming back for maybe a month or so now. Do you ladies have any idea what it can be? Need major help thanks.
