Pregnancy and restless leg syndrome?

Is there a link between pregnancy and restless leg syndrome? I can sleep between my mind and my legs (and heartburn) and I never had this until now I'm little over six weeks

Yes! I have NEVER experienced RLS until I became pregnant and its the most annoying thing ever! On super bad nights I have to get out of bed and do squats & calf raises until it burns! Sort of like to get them "tired" lol

Warm/Hot shower helps me ... I just let the hot water hit my legs!

I have been having it sometimes too. Not sure when it started but I'm 20 weeks now and it seems to be worse when I'm really exhausted.

I'm not going to be very helpful so I'm sorry. But with my son 8 years ago I had so bad the last month (maybe even two months). This time around I'm currently 8 weeks and I had it for about a week at 5 weeks. I've only had it when I'm pregnant. The only things I have found to help are to get up out of bed and walk around. Or a warm bath. The. Go back to bed...it's a total pain in the butt.
