Spotting

I'm 5 days late for my period and the Hcg test is positive. However I notice brown spotting and I'm a little concerned. I went to the doctor the other day but then she said it is too early to tell and might be false positive. But I'm sure it's positive because I took another test this morning. That doctor actually brought my moral down. I was happy before I see her but after she said the negatives stuff it kinda makes me feel sad. Nom I'm worried and in doubt all because of her 😤
