someone help!! 😩😩

I am 40 weeks pregnant and have like 3-4 hemroids!!! They will go down but don't go away and if I go to the bathroom sometimes they flair up! I have been using preparation H cream but I can't get them to go further down or away. So nervous for labor bc of them! Not only bc it's so embarrassing! But bc I don't want them to get worse or burst or something...
