those moments when you just go SH** seriously!?!??

Went into the hospital today because I was having horrible contractions in my back, stomach and could even feel my vagina contracting! So I grabbed everything I needed for baby and went in. Nurse checked me and she told me I was STILL a 3 and 80% effaced!... I couldn't help but yell SH**!!!! He's done this to me twice now where I wait a very long time to make sure I'm having contractions and wait till they hurt like hell and get checked to be told not yet.... I know the body and baby will be ready when they are ready but holy crap! Is there anything I can do to speed this up!!
