Distance to the doctor

Hi,

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and we're moving to a new home. My current doctor with whom I had my initial consultation will be almost 40 miles away (1 hr drive time). I'm worried if as progress into pregennancy will this drive be overwhelming. Is it advisable to have to find a new doctor close to my new home?

Please suggest.
