New year resolution "lose weight, to get prego"
I was diagnosed with PCOS March of last year. Long story short, weight loss & dieting will be my new bff, for a while!! (cutting carbs, sweets, fast food, etc). I weighed my self yesterday I'm at 178, my goal is to reach 170 by the end of this month. My overall goal is 160. I'm taking gummie prenatals twice a day (breakfast, lunch). This week I'll be doing cardio & ab exercises. I usually workout 3-4 days a week. If you have PCOS & trying to lose weight, I'll post a couple workout challenges for ya... Good luck everyone!!
