period pain
I swear ever time my period hits the cramps get worse!!!! Any of you ladies have any GOOD tips on how to relieve the pain!? I've tried almost everything to look up nothing is working 😭😭😭
P.s Im allergic to most birth control, on top of having ovarian cysts! So if anyone with my problems has tips pleaseeeeee help me!!!!
