A tip for those who have pelvic symphasis issues

So it's winter and I had flannel sheets on my bed, makes senses right? Not with the pelvic symphasis stretching in the 3rd trimester. What I did find out is that if you use satin sheets, this slick material will be a comfort saver. Now I can easily turn from left side to the right side and slide to the edge of the bed for nightly bathroom visits. With pelvic symphasis I move with knees together and slowly, this movement produces less pain and helps to avoid further separation of the pelvis. That's it, that's my tip, I hope this post helps.
