fat face 😳

Does anyone else look obviously pregnant im only 9 weeks and so many people have asked me straight up if im pregnant because im so chubby! Im normally very slim and my face has just ballooned like crazy not to mention my tummys so bloated i look about 4 months is this just water retention? I haven't actually gained that much maybe 3-4 pounds but for some reason i look huge
