Can someone help me with the difference between ovulation and implantation aches and pains. I ovulated over two days ago but my opks are still coming out positive. I have a dull ache but not over painful which is in the middle just behind my pelvic bone which I've never experienced before and the odd twinge on both sides but not at the same time. I've just finished my first dose of clomid so not sure if this is connected. Has anyone else experienced this?
