Trying for a baby

Hi my name is April and I have never taken an ovulation test before I took one yesterday and there was no line but a few days ago there was a faint pink line and the day after that there was a really really faint pink line I am in my fertility stage window right now and it days I don't ovulate til the 7 so I'd there a chance I missed my chance or is it because I havny ovulated yet I am new at these test can someone help
