Has anyone gone from low to peak

Hi everyone me and my hubby are TTC baby #4 after losing our daughter last year November from premature birth, and this is our 2nd month using CFEFM. I went right from low to peak on my CBEFM. This month my first peak day came on CD 12. should i be concerned that i didnt get any high readings? this is weird for me seeing how i've been using the monitor so long. I hope we didnt miss our chance.
