Merlin sleep suit

I see a lot of people mentioning this... Is it worth it? My 11 week old has always been swaddled, but fidgets a lot at night trying to get his hands free, plus he has started rolling from stomach to back, but not the other way around.... Does it help with longer stretches of sleep? Our pediatrician said LO should be sleeping at least 7 hour stretches by now!?!
