binge eating

I FUCKING HATE IT. Literally started my breakfast and lunch healthy then at work I binged like 4 packs of those goldfish and candy. I know it's because of PMS but man oh man is it annoying😞. How do you guys combat binge eating, do you succumb to it and move on, or use super mind or matter skills. I tried and I didn't win this time around. I want to eat paleo and I feel like it's going to be difficult, please help.
