Pregnancy help please

Hello mamas this might be a bit TMI but i need help, im a second time mommy 37 weeks today but i was induced with my with so i dont really know how this works.... 

I'm having braxton hicks every 7 minutes for around 1 minute long, they are very strong but not all of them are painful. yesterday i was with diarrhea all day, and i had not eaten anything out of the ordinary. Baby has been head down for about 4 weeks now and today i have been feeling like i have to go do #2 in the bathroom but its just like pressure. What do you ladies think. I HAVE BEEN WITH THE CONTRACTIONS 7 minutes apart 1 minute long for about 2 hours now. I have appointment tomorrow at 4pm so i dont know what to do
