should I eat when I'm already over allowed calories when I'm really hungry?
So I'm trying to lose a little weight and I downloaded an app to help track how many calories I eat per day. Today, I did my normal diet without any changes to see if I went over or not. I'm over by a few calories. I wasn't going to get food after that because it's already over the daily limit, but I need to because I'm starving. What should I do?
