So my fiancé before i got pregnant he worked for the schools cutting grass at all the school yards he made pretty good money but got no benefits with it. Well yesterday he got a call from a factory where he could go in Monday and start working there from 7-3 day shift. I was happy cause there im sure he'd get benefits. Well today his boss from cutting grass calls him and asks if he's gonna come back this year and also saying he will pay him more. I told My fiancé that i think the factory job would be better because its not seasonal and hed get benefits and would be working. But the grass cutting job would be seasonal and if it rains he don't work and there's no benefits. I know hed rather do the grass cutting job but i think the factory job would be better. I want him to do what he wants to do but at the same time he needs to think about the baby too
