I've heard that green tea is really great for you and also that it helps you lose weight?

Why would that even be? Anyone know?

It has caffeine which give you energy and burning calories also good source of antioxidants. You would have to drink it like 4-5 times a day though and without sugar.

Yes, green tea is a metabolizim booster. It also helps to detox your body naturally, but most people mess it all up by putting sugar or honey or whatever they can find to sweeten it. It needs to be totally unsweetened. But as far as actual weight loss, it is only an aid. It itself won't make you lose weight. You still need to work out and eat healthy.
