I don't wash my hair everyday and stay away from heat such as blow dryers and straighteners. Also I use coconut oil sometimes too.

Less shampooing. Also try horse shampoo and conditioner. I shampoo only 3 times a week.

coat your hair (and i mean a huge greaseball) in coconut oil, leave it overnight(in a shower cap or towel) and in the morning wash it like normal. I did this once a week for a month and got two inches. but do it however many times you want

Moisturise them. Keep them hydrated. Coconut oil is great for this. If they are are healthy and strong, they'll grow better.

There are phyto vitamins you can take. Get a prescription from a doctor.

Eat healthy. Overall healthy lifestyle affects every part of your being. Including your skin and hair.
