Anti-inflammatory meds

Does anyone happen to know if it's safe to take some type of anti-inflammatory med when you're 15 weeks along? I have braces and had them worked on yesterday, and today my jaw is crazy sore, Tylenol just isn't cutting it, because it's definitely inflamed. I can barely open my mouth at the moment, it is miserable! Googling doesn't always give the best answer, and I know we are "allowed" to take quite a few meds, just not often or too much. Thanks in advance! I had meant to call my doctors office today, but the time got away from me and before I realized it, they were closed!
