HELP PLEASE! CONFUSED AND SLIGHTLY WORRIED

To start this off I've been feeling like I'm pregnant since two weeks before thanksgiving. I've taken test after test and all say negative. Went to the dr and got a pee test done there less than a week ago and still got a negative. My symptoms have been nausea, sore tender aching breasts, mild cramps, sore back, etc. no sign of af (due the 6th) and last month wasn't a period it was two days of spotting. My husband and I made live this afternoon and it felt like he had a knife attached to the left side of his penis. It felt like my ovary was being sliced and torn out of my body. I'm so confused and just seeking advice.
