No Period Over One month!! 3 Test negative HELP 😔

I haven't started my period for over one month and I been having cramps like am going to start like 2weeks ago but I haven't started my PERIOD 🙄 and I TOOK 3 pregnancy test and they were negative .. I been have sharp back PAIN since two weeks ago pain comes and goes ...!!! HELP HELP PLEASE ANYONE
