Stress & Periods!
I know people say that stress can delay your period, but for me it works differently! Anyone elses period come a few days earlier when stressed?
Literally cried my eyes out all afternoon, and just want to curl up in a ball with a fluffy blanket while someone strokes my hair singing 'soft kitty warm kitty'
need a walk in my fave woodland, but sadly it's too dark now and very frosty x
