diets and periods
I have PCOS and I've been trying different methods of losing weight for years, at the moment I'm starting my period and recently decided to go on a diet (28 day reset by Cassy Ho, if you're wondering) and long story short-- I'm really craving comfort food. My diet eliminates processed food, gluten, dairy, alcohol, and sugar. Anyone have any tips? Cause like, I would literally murder someone to have some hot cheetos and a sweet tea, and like some fudgy brownies-- but I'm caught between starting after the period and just giving in to the cravings now so I can feel better, or sticking with it and sucking it up. :/
