Mom issuse

I was trying to bond with my mom bc we don't have the best relationship. Talking to her about the guy I liked alot trying to show her she can trust me and stuff, bc she won't let me date thinking I'm not ready for it. So I told her I was talking to dani for at least 3 hours on the phone and it was late at night and we couldn't go to sleep. And she soon enough shot down the moment of time to be like" awe u really like him?" Or anything like that but no. She says " it's not good for you to be talking of the phone with a boy for 3 hours, I know u think it's okay but it's really not". I don't understand her. I have been dealing with this my whole life. I'm 14 about to turn 15 and we have no kind of relationship what so ever. I need some advice on what to do cause I like him but she won't let me date him or anyone in general. He always talks about how me and his mom will get along so well and how he wants me to meet his family. Advice please, I want this to last.
