Tattoo Ideas????

Question

I'm wanting to get a matching tattoo with my husband relating to our son, and also encorperating each other and uniting us as parents. Can anyone think of a good way to portray that? We don't like the typical footprint or portrait... we really want something origional and representative of us as parents together as well as our sweet boy.

I didn't read the entire question at first, but this is the tattoo that I have always wanted. I just drew it on with my phone really quick so I could post it. I couldn't even find a picture of it. That's why I think it's original. U probably don't want it but i mean u could use a spin on it or something.. it's just simple and elegant.. I guess your husband might not even like it..

My husband and I have matching tattoos of the Viking symbol for "where there's a will, there's a way" but we're doing separate tribute tattoos for our son. He's getting our sons name and I'm getting a lion tattoo since our son was born in August and is a Leo. I don't like name tattoos and my husband only wants our kids names tattooed on him, but we didn't want to have the same one for our son now and then every other child after him.

A king, queen and Prince one.

You could do a tree with two birds up top and a bird on the bottom

You could do your husband and kid name with the infinity sign and he can do your name and your child.(but what if you have more then one kid, won't really work 🙃)
