Is acupuncture worth it with IVF

Quick question been trying to conceive for 2 years got tested it had mild endometriosis got a laparoscopy in August and cleared it .hubbie found to have high levels of antibodies in sperm so IUI or ivf was recommended. So now just about to start IVF or Icsi not really sure what difference is anyway in February. Hubby doesn't want to do acupuncture but I'm still wondering would it be worthwhile for me im 36 he is 38 n we have just kick-start a healthy new year no alcohol. We were over indulging. So please any tips welcome
