UPDATE!!! Yes to this dress or no?

So my SO gave me money and told me to get myself something nice, because he's taking me out tomorrow. He wont tell me where. I'm trying to be sexy, because I really haven't felt sexy since getting pregnant. I've felt beautiful, but not sexy. So....does this dress flatter me or not? I want honesty, I don't want to go out in something that doesn't look amazing on me
