Brown discharge

Hi im roughly cycle day 23 after having my IUD removed DEC 16,th. My partner and I have been having unprotected sex and today I had some brown like discharge upon wiping. My breasts have been hurting the past week, but then settled and today feel sore and swollen... Any suggestions? Could this be implant bleed?? TIA
