herbal teas/ myth?

So I've heard that towards our due date its good to drink herbal teas to induce your labor... dont know if this is a myth or if this actually works? Anyone know? Also if it does work what kind of tea can help.

Apparently raspberry leaf tea is the best one but who knows if it actually works. I'm defo trying as of yesterday in the hope to not go over my due date lol 🙏🏼

I've been drinking this labor prep tea 
 s it contains everything recommended by my doula. The herbs aren't used to induce labor, but rather to strengthen the uterus to prepare for labor and delivery. Evening primrose oil, pineapple, and sex (semen is the key part here) are also methods many people use to help soften their cervix in prep for labor.
