Prenatal multivitamins?

Hello everyone yesterday found that im pregnant. Currently taking prenatal one multivitamins but it doesnt contain dha. Do u ladies think i need to add dha supplement?

Yes. I take rainbow light and I added Nordic naturals prenatal dha to the mix. DHA is so important.

Does it have folic acid? That's the most important

You don't have to. But if you want to add it in you can either get the rainbow light with DHA or take fish pills.

I could only do a chewable prenatal because the pills made me sick.  At the time i was pregnant there weren't any chewable DHA and my kids are fine but I do eat salmon and eggs and such.
