stupid question but stressed! HELP!

So I know this is a stupid question in the first place but I had sex with my Boyfriend at the time in September. He didn't wear protection, he didn't cum inside me and I'm pretty sure I was on the pill. I got a period a week later (in October) and then I skipped the next 2. I haven't got one this month and went off the pill last month. Could me going off the pill be messing with my hormones causing me to not have my period?! I just need some answers!
