Longest Cycle Ever?

I need suggestions. My longest cycle to date has been 33 days. Now I'm currently on day 37 and still no bleeding. I'm irregular, and it normally takes a couple days past the last cycle to start. But now I'm 4 days later than usual. According to eve my average length is 30 days. So to her (it) I'm already a week late. But at the same time my cycles keep getting longer? So anyone else out there with super irregular periods with a suggestion on when to actually take a test to be sure? Or how long to wait to take one?

I have crazy cycles, I entirely skipped a month early last year and then had a ~40 day cycle in the summer. When I took my test in October I was only a day or 2 late for my "average" cycle and almost ignored it bc of how unreliable the average had been. But then I just decided to take it and it was positive. Sometimes it's just better to know one way or the other I think. Good luck whatever you decide to do!

I always thought my cycles were about 30 days, so when we got a positive test I knew I was 7 weeks. WRONG! I was actually 5w6d and I had ovulated a week later than my already late irregular cycles.
I would take a test with the first morning pee but don't be disheartened if there isn't a line. Some tests are more sensitive than others. Wait two days and test again.
