how to stop co-sleeping?

I'm a teen mom, and I'm in foster care. I have found that I love co-sleeping, and that it's very convenient for me as a nursing mother. I don't move in my sleep at all since I started sleeping with her (instincts maybe?) and I get much more rest when she sleeps with me. However, the state says it's a danger to her. I admit it does have its risks, but that should be my decision as a parent. Anyway, it's not worth getting her taken away. BUT she HATES sleeping in her bassinet and her crib. She's almost a month old. Tips?
