acid reflux

Hey moms ! I have 7 weeks pregnant !!! And I have a acid reflux my doctor suspend my medication (pantoprazole) but with out them is impossible !!! What can I take instead ? My doctor said tums or mylanta and both doesn't work for me !! Pleaseee help
