Hey ladies, Im reaching out for some suggestions. I struggle with depression. In the past, I have found unhealthy ways of coping with it. For years, I have manglaged it in a health, positive way. However, I am really struggling right now. So, when you are feeling down or blue, what do you do? I'm currently watching "This is us" in the bath...not working. Taking suggestions...🦄🦊💥🍬🍭
