HELP! operation wedding bod!

Hi, so I'm recently engaged, & all of a sudden it just hit me with a ton of bricks how much I hate my body and that I can't look like this anymore I need change, I don't want to look like this for my wedding. Buuttt I need help, I have no idea where to start or what to do. I've always been athletic my whole life and I work in a nursing home lifting people all day, the gym isn't the problem it's my cravings & lifestyle. . I'm 5'1 205 lbs size 14/16 I want to loose about 50-60 lbs by my wedding. Anybody with any advice or tips it's will be greatly appreciated. (:
