You sure can. 200mg a day :) I have 1 to 2 cups of coffee a day. Keeps me regular and I like the taste lol.

Every once and a while. Green tea is best in my opinion as it won't give me the jitters.

I drink tea occasionally when I struggle on night shift. I would drink coffee but the thought still nauseates me at 14 weeks lol but I loveee smelling it!

I have a cup here and there. Sometimes it's regular sometimes decaf. Different people and dr will say different things. I say ask your dr and then do what you're comfortable with.

Drinking 1-2 cups of coffee a day, I have a toddler lol, have normal BP and having a perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby 35 +4 although I should mention I could not stand the taste of it for the first 16 weeks, it was horrible! I love love love the taste of coffee. Always have
