Hypothyroidism and bleeding during early pregnancy

I'm 6 w4d according to my LMP. I went to the doctor a week ago and had a vaginal ultrasound. They could only see the sac and there was no fetal pole. Blood test showed me being very early. I began spotting brown after last weeks ultrasound. This weekend I began having red blood and heavier than before. I went back today, and they said the sac is still there but abnormally shaped and still no fetal pole. She says I could still be very early, and I have to call back tomorrow to find out results of blood tests and see how my levels are looking. My thyroid levels were high, so she sent in a higher dose of thyroid medicine. Has anyone experienced this? What were the results? I'm so scared. 😥
