First US tomorrow after a MC ... I need to quit reading all the negative posts...

I'm so anxious about my appointment tomorrow and it's seeming like everything I read is either about twins or MC. Which leads to my worry. I had a MC March 16, and am now 8 weeks. And twins run in my family... I have a feeling it may be twins, and I'm also scared there may be nothing. I just can't wait to see a healthy baby or babies.. my nerves are SHOT. ANYONE else like this..... Seems one particular article or topic always sticks out... 😱 maybe I'm just going CRAZY.
