first actual appointment!

my first actual appointment with my obgyn is this coming Monday the 16th and I'm so excited/nervous/impatient/anxious everything. I had a mmc at the end of September when I should've been 8 weeks but was told the baby passed probably a week earlier, and this Monday I'll be 12 weeks 1 day, and I've seen the baby's heartbeat at 6+5 at 121 and when I thought I was 9+5 but was measuring 10+4 (last week) the heartbeat was at 157, so I'm HOPING PRAYING that things are looking good so far that it'll be nothing but good news. Anyone know what I should be expecting to see at 12 weeks?
