4 week old won't stop crying!

My baby turned 4 weeks today, and I don't know if it's gas or a growth spurt, but she keeps crying after she finishes her bottle. I make sure to burp her but she'll just keep screaming during and after she burps. I've tried gas drops and gripe water, but neither really seem to do anything. Normally she's only fussy during the nighttime around 11pm, but it's exhausting because she has barely slept. She has no fever, and I'm beginning to wonder if it's acid reflux. She coughs after she's done with the bottle and immediately screams afterwards. Has anyone experienced this? FTM and not sure what to do to help soothe her.
